I’ve been putting off getting my wisdom teeth out for over a year, but when my second bottom one came in, I realized I had to find a dentist ASAP. I happened upon Dr. Tsai’s practice and booked an appointment back in April. The consultation and appointment were within a week of each other and the removal went smoothly! The whole process was such a nice experience and my sockets didn’t get infected and healed up within a month of the removal. I was able to eat solid food within 2-3 weeks after I got them out. I highly recommend going to Dr. Tsai for all your dentist needs!

I really like this dentist office. About two years ago I had gone here after not visiting a dentist in roughly 3 years. I had pretty bad medical anxiety and it turned out I needed a deep cleaning and one filling, I was really scared but James did everything he could to help me through go the procedures and everything went great! This place made me unafraid to go to the dentist and now even just being in the waiting room fills me with a sense of calm and confidence that everything is going to be ok. And the terrific team here makes sure that everything always is ok

Dr Tsai and office staff have been great. I had fear going to the dentist but once I started going to him I felt very comfortable . I have been going there for about 20 years and they have been the best. Recently moved over 2hrs away but still drive to that location once you have a good dentist you definitely want to keep them!

Dr. Tsai is the best dentist I’ve ever had. The office and technology is clean and modern; he’s very professional, and his staff is always friendly. I was scheduled for 2 crowns today (ins would pay 100%), but he decided I only needed one after examining again. Very honest, thorough and highly recommended.

So far I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Tsai and the entire office. The first time I came I let the front office know I had to leave in an hour. I filled out paperwork and waited for ~30 min and Diane from the front office let me know that the doctor probably wasn’t going to see me on time because another patient had an emergency. I had to reschedule but that’s totally fine because she let me know before my hard stop.
The dental assistants/hygienists are very nice and personable. She helped get my xrays and did it efficiently without hurting me. I had my dental cleaning and the doctor really scrapped my teeth lol. It was a little painful but I knew my teeth were actually getting cleaned. He also took the time to explain how fluoride works since I have receding gums and also showed me what my teeth looked like due to my teeth grinding. I knew I had it but didn’t know the severity of it because other dentists would just tell me but not actually show me.

My dentist sold his practice just before Covid and I hadn’t been to the dentist since. It was really easy to make an appt with Dr. Tsai’s office. The visit was very smooth and no aggressive upselling to procedures or services. Dr. Tsai did my cleaning himself and was very efficient. His office staff were all very professional and friendly. They clearly want patients for the long term and not just trying to squeeze as much money out of you on your first visit. I highly recommend.
